Our apartment is located between Marbella and Gibraltar; Estepona is one of the prettiest towns on the coast. This traditional Spanish town has two blue ribbon beaches on either side of the original Old Fishing Port in Estepona which has been carefully developed to maintain its character and charm. There is so much to see and do that you will want to return.

Both the apartment and Los Altos De Lunymar Development are very child friendly.
The apartment also has a management service.

Where is the Estepona Apartment?

The apartment is located in Los Altos de Lunymar - The New Golden Mile ( Guadalmina to Estepona) it is situated on the 1st floor is light and airy with a main dining area, kitchen, utility room, three separate double bedrooms and two bathrooms.

Kitchen

The kitchen comes complete with everything you need for your stay in Estepona, ready for you to prepare your dinner which can be eaten at the family sized dining table or on the open terrace whilst enjoying the beautiful views the apartment affords.

The Lounge

The open lounge (as can be seen on the right) has a leather suite, mahogany dining table & plasma T.V with satellite connection.

Apartment Bedrooms

The apartment has 3 Double Bedrooms and can comfortably sleep up to 8 people.

Bathrooms

One of the bathrooms is an ensuite and the second, which contains a shower room,  is for general use. Both bathrooms are finished to a traditional Spanish design.

Terraces and Views

The apartment has two large terraces. The main terrace faces East and has views inland as well as out to the Mediterranean and the Atlas mountains in Morocco beyond. The back terrace faces West which is a marvelous place to watch the warm sunsets.
